Daszian Van Zandt is a predator through and through.

Ferocious, temperamental, and fearlessly brave, he can be disdainful of other humans as well as egotistical and aloof as any cat.

Sometimes there is the sense that the shifter is looking at those around him like he knows just what they would taste like (and he does). He can also be ridiculously lazy, like a normal male lion, preferring long naps in the sun or indulging his taste for fresh meat rather than really working.

Above all Daz is highly opinionated and sees everything in very decisive black or white lines-- love or hate, right or wrong, good or evil-- and once he has made a decision he is stubbornly loathe to change his mind. This makes him loyal to a fault and when he loves it is with his whole heart; unfortunately, it also means he hates being wrong and will try to force his opinions on others.
